The management team at Probo Medical creates a fun and exciting place to work and has built a great team of employees. The company is one of the fastest growing company in Indiana but we're well aligned with our vision and every department knows how our effort fits into the overall progress of the company. We work hard but we also celebrate our victories on a monthly and quarterly basis which gives us time to reflect on our successes.

Time management is necessary and affords you with a lot of personal freedom, provided you’re handling your responsibilities

Cons

Direct management has more of an ear for the field. Upper management does not seem to care what the field has to say.
