      Not a good company to work for experience people

      Pros

      you will be noticed easily as less people. So much work,so you can learn things They do not fire but they do not give salary if in bench.

      Cons

      Poor management,less salary. No project No salary. No fix date for salary. No onsite opportunity less than 5+ people. No good atmosphere for work. No professionalism. Less appraisal . So much work and pressure. No Extra benefit.

      Pros

      After a gap of 12 years when I joined procsys, It helped me ramp up at my own pace at the same time not missing the project schedule.Good projects. I had the privilege of working with few brilliant minds here. Flexible and cool work environment.

      Cons

      The old-administrative staff still working with procsys is arrogant not co-operative And they harasss woman who are soft. Since they are long time employed ,no action is taken against them. It is not safe place for woman employees. There is a strong gender bias .Woman employees are treated as inferior and shouted at.
