Pros
Nothing as such. they dont have office space, they run office in a rented house which may give homely feel. No AC in the work scape, hence can be considered as environment friendly company. CEO's wife is too humble as she is also learning.
Cons
Don't have any knowledge about the market potential of their products, listed abnormal cost for basic products whereas competitors provides far better quality products as less price. There is no technical support provided to the clients, eventually clients will be after the sales person once the deal is closed. No fixed HR in the company. In every way they tries to cut salary. One even may not receive salary as well. It's a fake company shortly.
