      Doomed, Only achievement of the company is that they are a float

      They have one working product.

      Cons

      They keep experimenting on every new buzz, most of the products they build are creations of some key people in company and they barely know the customer they are making for and I am not sure what was last thing that actually found PMF. These people are so busy thinking the next big thing that they forget what actually is working. They completely forget the realities of industry they are working in and are down right delusion. There is always some kind of promiseland which never seem to come.

      -salary is probably on par with market standards

      -Hire and fire policy. Would not recommend if you're looking for something stable -They will ask you for feedback but just cannot take constructive criticism. I've seen so many amazing folks being let go during my time here for ridiculous reasons -Favouritism is rampant. Those who've been in the system for a long time have an upper hand; it does not matter if you're smarter -The environment can feel rather superficial at times -Management seems pretty direction- less

      Salary only that too can credit inconsistently

      -Working hours : 11 am to 10 pm -Manager asking to work 14 hours daily (Drubajit Das) - Agile ticket system(Asana) but more like a call centre work. - Selling as an AI company with Regex in the backend. So lot of manual work where one guy mistakes will hamper other guy performance - HIRE and FIRE mode of operation
