have worked for Prodigy Bank for more than 1 year. Since I joined, it has matured its processes and achieved another level. The company has kept its momentum of growth regardless of the circumstances. The right building blocks are being put in place so we can positively leverage our strengths. Training is a constant and has improved as well. It has benefited the team. Monthly feedback and a transparent channel of communication are part of our routine. It is a fun place to work too.
