      Pros

      Flexible working hours with payment. Ability to work from home. Excellent secondary benefits. Great facilities.

      Cons

      Salary is low compared to companies of similar size. Work-life balance is tilted towards work -- employees are expected to break Dutch arbeidstijdenwet in order to keep up with the very high work demand. Openly racist coworkers. No personal development.

      'Free' Lunch maybe, although you do actually pay for it with your salary.

      Cons

      Management does not listen at all to their employees, making the most stupid decisions one can think of. Very toxic mid-management & HR. Lot of people working 'remotely', just clock in and do whatever. People don't even care. Pay is well below what is common in this high-tech region. Operations is a complete mess, stuff is lost all the time. A lot of actual decent engineers are currently looking for new opportunities, every week good people leave (and so will I).
