      Helpful colleagues but decisions centralized around founder

      Good, helpful, nice colleagues. General good collaboration between colleagues.

      Cons

      Founder syndrome: major decisions don't seem to be made without the founder or his close confidants (aka ex students). Too sales driven.

      Absolutely nothing, there is nothing positive about this place apart from developing a huge degree of patience and tolerance

      Cons

      - Blame game is played everywhere - Untrustworthy team - Management doesn't care about the problems of the employees, run the company based on just lines on graphs - Bad salary - Bad working condition. Development through a remote desktop connection which terminates every 10 minutes. - Ancient technology stack. Every major bad practice in software development related to the technologies that are used there is treated as norm.
