- 3 remote days - was close to where i live

Cons

- no career advancement at all - yearly increase at most was about 60 cents for me personally - company wont address issues with their driver complaints which trickles down to the rest of their staff to deal with

I work from 3 days a week and two in the office. It allows for plenty of flexibility. I also have been provided with consistent hours.

Cons

The customers can be difficult to deal with and the system can be quite complicated to learn.

hybrid work 2 days in office 3 days remote

Cons

low pay, you get like 50 cents raise annually. lots of work but no good training. barely gives out free food, bimonthly pay, no recognition for your hard work ever and are expected to go above and beyond for low pay, not a lot of room to climb the ladder if there even is one. i would say no one really feels valued for the work they do here
