      Pros

      The work-life balance is nice. Coworkers were friendly and easy to get to know. Job requirements were very clear and there is a good culture at the company. Management is understanding and flexible.

      Cons

      Compensation package was a little lackluster. Pay was good, but other benefits were pretty mediocre. Don't expect much PTO or 401k benefits.

      interaction with management has been very professional. treatment is fair and good work habits are noticed.
