      At this time, Profile was involved in many crucial client projects. The increase in employees and placement of various HR programs has managed to keep a balance between the work and life of our employees. In 2022, this balance is kept and respected and our teams are satisfied and more efficient.

      You can gain good knowledge on Investment Banking , you can get good experience to solution client requirement and deliver end to end.

      Cons

      No or Less process like agile etc. implemented and lot of learning curve on domain which makes you to work for long hours

      Things have changed a lot since 2021, initially by deploying agile methodologies across the development operations along with DevOps and secondly when a project is due, long hours might be needed rarely, however given the smooth operations and increased workforce a better work-time management has been achieved.

      None, just nightmares and burnout

      my advice would be to be careful. Very long hours. Very high turnover of staff. Weak senior team. Annual cutbacks of great performers that are brutal. Big cult of the individual around the CEO. Some capable people lower down the ranks. Higher up have been there a long time and the Exec team do not know people management and not impressive. Poor client base. Not leading edge Fintech. Very much trying to catch up, strengths and weaknesses. Politics was vicious and very nasty in several locations. It is a sweatshop trying to sell inexistant product only available on frontage website. I would look elsewhere.
