Pros

Great concept for enterprise on demand software solution. Some really smart people (but not in Development) High potential for dominatin the domain

Cons

Development team would not listen to how the software they were building needed to work Sales Team signup up customers on demos that implied capability that the software could not do

Casual Dress, free coffee, nice co workers.

Cons

You are expected to work 24/7. They have no respect for personal time. Communication is horrible. Poor human resource management.

Pros

There are not all that many positive reasons to work at PCS. They do pay fairly well and the location is convenient if you live in Long Island. There is not a lot, if any, convenient public transportation near the office.

Cons

There are honestly a lot of issues but one of the biggest ones is the poor management and the general tension between either departments or supervisors and their employees. I've heard screaming, name calling, you name it. It certainly was not a comfortable place to work... I used to literally get stomach aches at the thought of having to go into work.
