      Pros

      Massive companies in the client list for a relatively small consultancy. Not for profit but operates like a consultancy. Good place to learn if you are a youngster because of the variety of projects and clients.

      Cons

      No career progression unless you are personally in the good books of the management. Visibility determines everything. Insane work hours, no structure or organisation of resources. Poor tools for project management.
