Pros
Great co-workers. No dress code. Free lunch on Mondays. No "A-hole" policy.
Cons
Not much team building outside of work. Office environment can be very quiet and painful sometimes. Very top heavy on the executive side. No room for advancement.

Pros
We work a full week like everyone else in the Valley, but I am constantly challenged and given rope (which I sometimes use to hang myself). I'm learning and growing and the people who work here genuinely care about me as a person and my career. They have a "no a**holes" rule which I truly appreciate.
Cons
Well, it's silicon valley, so we work hard. But my weekends are actually mostly mine, so better than most other companies around here. Also, no fooseball.
