If you’re a recruiter who wants to operate in the Financial Services market in Australia, you’d be hard pressed to find a better business. The business has a strong reputation, an established network, and broad specialist coverage giving you a great chance of success. My colleagues were knowledgeable, collaborative, and genuinely cared about positive customer outcomes. While the business has evolved, the core DNA remained the same: doing the right thing, being great at what they do.
Cons
It’s a quieter sales floor than some might expect... largely because consultants are often out meeting clients, in meeting rooms, or working from home. Also, while there’s a friendly, social environment with regular events, the focus is work first, social second. Those looking for a party style recruitment culture (I assume they still exist?!) may not find that here - most consultants are experienced and have busy lives outside work.
