Friendly environment, no backstabbing in sight The CEO is a great person and really cares about everyone Every manager is really successful on doing the work without being toxic Low internal pressure from the company usually Suggested place for work for new devs Salaries are average and punctual

Cons

The company is at a good place, however is struggling with changes for improvement The external pressure from clients can be high Almost no flexibility on the type of projects or technologies used, that's all on the client
