Pros

My coworkers were amazing and have become life long friends.

Cons

If you care about your mental health, please do not work here. In my opinion, the owner who runs the company, creates a super toxic work culture. He is manipulative, demeaning, verbally abusive. In my opinion, he came off like he thinks he is better than all of his employees and talked about people like they are TRASH. In my experience, when he did something nice for his employees, it was because he wanted something in return. He may seem trustworthy, but the moment you turn your back he will attack you and slander your name. He has a lot of people outside of the company fooled. PLEASE do not work here. He has gotten away with much more than I think any person should.

Pros

The headquarters is centrally located to a lot of coffee shops and good food.

Cons

Derek Evans, the owner, of Project 615 is verbally abusive, misogynistic, and dishonest. He called his female employees names on multiple occasions and pressed us on our dating lives in “one on one” meetings. He was consistently aggressive and disrespectful. He promised raises and promotions on countless occasions and never delivered. The money raised for campaigns and revenue shares was irresponsibly managed and often times the number given by Derek was different than the number calculated by other employees. There was no HR company and we were not paid overtime pay correctly. All conversations that took place within the office were recorded and we were not made aware.

Pros

My ex-coworkers are still my best friends.

Cons

The owner is a narcissist. He's manipulative and says whatever he needs to to make you feel good. He starts out being great to you, and as time goes on he starts showing his true colors. In the short time I worked there he had 10 people leave under him. He leads with emotion in a negative way, and dislikes anyone who doesn't worship him. He'll act like you're his best friend and then stab you in the back talking poorly of you to others. He'll build your creativity up and tell you your opinion matters when it doesn't. Acts as if the company is a democracy when it's really a dictatorship.
