Pros

Team, personal growth opportunities, fun environment

Cons

Poorly paid, 100% based on sales that tend to mislead the costumer and the same employee, as a sales agent you may get charged with customer fees that will be reduced from paycheck. The product the company sells has poor quality. Pretty much everyone is brainwashed or manipulated.

Wow, we in no way brainwash our employees - I don't even know what that would entail. We also don't charge our employees for anything. They receive different commission amounts for different types of sales, which is completely standard in most sales careers and laid out during new hire paperwork. And I'm not sure when "kind words" and supportive coaching became "manipulation," but we certainly do not manipulate our employees with niceness. This is why our interviewing process includes a brief shadow in the day to day operations of an account manager. Just as stated in all aspects of our interviewing process, the account manager is responsible for sales of a multi-million dollar client which indeed is not for everyone. I appreciate the value you placed in our team and growth opportunities as we take these very seriously. Thank you for your review, and any words of advice will be highly considered with our team. -Josh Tolsma

Pros

First of all you get to wear a suit every day (awesome, I know) and when you get to the office you get to play some silly games for awhile. After that you'll listen to one of a handful of prepared meetings that almost make sense. Now the good stuff: after your morning suit meeting and arbitrary clapping and cheering you get to take your suit off, put on a corporate Polo shirt, then drive across town. Soon you will find yourself inside of a walmart where you get to stop people while they shop and try to sell the tv service until around eight at night. Living the dream. Best of all, most off the food at Walmart is free if you're motivated and committed to success.

Cons

The AC in the office isn't great. said office isn't in a great part of town either but their are some prostitutes nearby so that's something. Also for some reason coffee is seen as a reward, not sure why.

Thanks for your feedback. It's too bad we weren't a great fit for you, but we hope you gained something out of the experience working with us in a short time. We are a professional business, so yes we do require our team to dress business professional. Not sure what you mean by free food. - Josh Tolsma

Pros

Good work environment, good people to work with, and great opportunity to run your own business but you won't have a social life

Cons

Commission only based, you can work 80 hours in a week and not make a lot of money. The managers don't care if you were at the store till 11pm if you didn't make a sell you don't make money.

Thanks for your review! We're so glad to hear positive things about our team and work environment. We just wanted to make sure other job candidates understand that we do provide a BASE wage, with the ability to earn an uncapped commission based on sales. - Josh Tolsma
