Pros

Great benefits for a non profit Kind/caring coworkers Good in office culture/ flexible Some great wins in anti hunger space

Cons

There are some great managers and teams at Project Bread, but everyplace has their quirks and inefficiencies. Make sure you get a sense of the future goals for different departments as change happens quick.

Pros

I love my colleagues. The people who work at Project Bread are absolutely lovely. And on my team, we have a great work-life balance.

Cons

Not all teams are the same. Some other staff have much heavier work schedules, though I think the organization overall tries to promote a healthy work-life balance.
