      Fair wages, good benefits, team atmosphere, advancement opportunity - ability to switch to a different job and exercise a different skill set without leaving your desk.

      Cons

      Change happens slowly, upper management support is lacking, poor communication and support from corporate office with satellite offices.

      Company is very well organized. Employees usually are not required to work overtime.

      Cons

      Company did major downsizing. Hires a lot of employees when there is work and gets rid of them when work runs dry without consideration to employees or their families.
