Pros

-There was a very energetic team atmosphere. -no benefits - not a "real job" in all honesty. Good for kids who have never had a job before. It's.....experience.

Cons

-pyramid scheme, you can't get anywhere until you hire on people yourself - direct tv sales in walmart was the actual gig - paycheck issues for your sales - sell no matter what to whoever, it doesnt matter, they just need to hit numbers - 90% turnover within 2 months

Reviewer, While we appreciate your feedback, several parts of your review lead us to believe you did not, in fact, work in our company. Contrary to your statement, our business model is different than the structure of a pyramid scheme. At no point is someone in our company asked to invest financially, recruit their friends, family, or strangers, or "hire on people yourself." If you had worked here for 2 months, that would have been evident. All in all, we wish you in luck in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Management

Pros

The atmosphere was pretty upbeat.

Cons

They make you dress business professional and hype you up so you feel like you're actually doing something, when all you're doing is standing in stores selling cable. You get base pay OR commission, whichever is higher, instead of base PLUS commission. Everyone seems so fake.

Reviewer, Hey there! We're sorry to see this feedback, as it is never our hope for someone to leave our company with the impression you got. We dress business professional because we work in an office setting for part of the day, per our client's request, and really like it. There is absolute confidence that comes from waking up in the morning and dressing for success. Granted, it may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's ours and our clients. Your comment about pay is correct, but about everyone being fake seems in turn, insincere. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors! SIncerely, Management

Pros

No 401k, no benefits no base pay not much to offer. Essentially a pyramid scheme for a privately owned firm that sells AT&T services. If you don’t mind selling AT&T at Walmart standing all day bothering people then this is the job for you.

Cons

Quite a few if not everything, you might make just barely decent money after awhile but this is for college kids not a actual career or anything with stability don’t waster your time on an interview here.

Hey, Reviewer! It looks like you wrote two reviews for our company back to back. While we appreciate the feedback, the guidelines of Glassdoor allot for 1 review per year. We offer a base pay, we are not similar to a pyramid scheme (how would a small business rip off a client like AT&T), and we have people of all experience levels in our Management Training Program. It's clear there was a miscommunication in our interview process and for that, we apologize. Feel free to call our office at 210-314-6470 if you have any questions we can address. Sincerely, Management
