      Arrogant CEO - lacks human values

      Pros

      Had some good projects to work with nice professional. Company maintains its strength in Oracle Projects.

      Cons

      Company has not won any decent project for more than 2 years. Working either on very small project or body shopping. Sales time keep changing every 2 months due to CEO arrogance. Haven't learnt lessons neither able to attract top talent.
