Pros

You’ll learn to deal with a toxic work place.

Cons

The CEO is very manipulative. She will play mind games with you to make you feel like you are the best employee ever, then do a 180 once your 90 days are up (if not sooner). She doesn’t know how to separate her personal emotions and insecurities from the job, which has caused her to lose so many talented people. If you’re considering working here, then please think twice

(This is not an AI or Political Response) **This is the same disgruntled employee that made numerous accounts** We have expectations and KPI's to hit as 90 days, Yes, we try to get the BEST version of you out at PSS but if KPI's are not being met, then we have to part our ways. As CEO I am always learning and growing from experiences too, CEO's are not perfect. PSS will never shut down this business but 10000% we are having department leads for our three divisions to manage the teams. That feedback did help, thank you!

Emotionally reactive leadership and inconsistent workplace culture

Pros

Some coworkers were genuine and kind people.

Cons

The CEO created an emotionally reactive environment where control, inconsistency, and favoritism often outweighed professional structure and clear management practices. There was an excessive focus on culture, personal disclosure, “growth” exercises and seminars that felt performative and disconnected from actual business priorities. These sessions often involved personal sharing that felt more like information gathering than meaningful development, where little of what was discussed was applied to improve the workplace. There appeared to be a preference for employees who were more compliant and closely aligned with the CEO personally. High performing employees tended not to stay long, while retention did not consistently reflect competence or job performance. Communication from the CEO could also be curt or dismissive at times, which made feedback feel discouraged. Professionalism was inconsistent, contributing to an overall lack of trust within the workplace. Overall, the workplace culture felt immature, inconsistent, and heavily dependent on the emotional state of the CEO rather than clear processes or professional standards.

(This is not an AI or Political Response) One of our core values is GROWTH and yes we do all the above you stated. Personal sharing was not asked, it was a decision you made to disclose. High performing employees get poached for more pay, and that’s a great thing companies want applicants from PSS. We are doing something right. The CEO is very passionate about the company. Each employee upon leaving is given the opportunity to share these things. When you left, this was not mentioned. If you want call the CEO, email, we would be more than happy to discuss. We wish you the best in your feature endeavors.

Pros

The people I had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

The CEO was one of the most manipulative and degrading people I have ever had the displeasure of working under. Could not handle stressful situations well and lashed out on her employees constantly. Could not separate personal emotions from professional situations. Leaving for my mental health was by far the best decision I ever made.

(This is not an AI or Political Response) **This is the same disgruntled employee that made numerous accounts** We believe by each person being DEDICATED, they work hard so we can play hard. Yes, there is pressure at PSS. There was constant feedback and also their was alot of praise for doing well but many people tend to forget the praise. We are glad your mental health is doing better in your new work environment. Again, none of this was mentioned when you resigned. If wanted call the CEO to discuss.
