      Good company culture with brilliant colleagues. Start up feel with a lot stability and room to grow.

      Cons

      Start up feel means work is fast paced and there is a lot of responsibility. This can be a pro or a con depending on what you want from your employer.

      Pros

      One of the best companies I've worked for over a long career. Everyone is open minded and constantly working together to reach the company goals. The management team is highly visible, very supportive, and do a great job keeping everyone informed. It's not cliche to say that it's fun, hard work, and rewarding to come to work everyday.

      Cons

      The benefits package is not the most comprehensive or competitive. The environment is very fast paced so plan to work hard to keep up.
