Pros
despite being a sales job profile i was surrounded by most helpful and friendly people, that was amazing thing. Seniors were helpful too, they would also offer some help when required, whereas senior management was concerned they would check regularly with us to make sure we not having any problem at workplace. Pressure was there, however people didn't nag you for that, they perfectly understand and appreciate that you are doing your best (of course they watch our work) and sometimes it doesn't work. Ample growth opportunity for employees, good salary package and perks :) Excellent timing, HOLIDAYS!! and food.
Cons
only challenge faced was fetching fresh and relevant data since many times overlapping of data was a problem.
