Pros
Only pros I saw was that you get your pay check every week. Or if you needed to pass a drug screen you didn't have to worry cause they don't follow protocol.
Cons
The worst company I have ever worked for. They run around tell people that they are to lazy. After their team works any where from 10 to 12 hours days for them. Whatever the employees did for them wasn't good enough. Always more to the point where it was quantity over quality.
