      Pros

      Promation has it's hands in many leading edge industries and offers valuable experience that will carry with you the rest of your carrer.

      Cons

      Very work orientated environment. Eating at desks, very little social programs outside of work. I'm okay with this but some people may not like it.

      Pros

      You can learn a lot from others. The training was provided for multiple things and the possibility of growth was great. The team was vibrant and the coaching from more experienced technicians was amazing.

      Cons

      The pay wasn't great for the amount of work required. The team was starting to leave the company due to budget cuts and newer management was promising unrealistic deadlines.
