It’s a relief to read the reviews about the current management team. It wasn’t just me! This circle of people made my life a misery. They were very sly in how they did it too. The mind games were shocking, and telling you that the owner doesn’t like you. Wow, what horrible people and the lengths they’d go to, to gain favour. A sure sign of them knowing what they were doing was how they got staff to sign away any recourse for claims for their actions. Head of sales was very quick to get people in trouble to deflect away from their own poor performance. When I look back I see a fake company with fake leaders and irresponsible owners in PEI.

No talent within the internal management team. Everyone now protecting their own position to the detriment of the business. The board have failed for a second time to put in place the quality of leadership required in the MD/General Manager position. Such a pity. Promed had huge potential and has unfortunately turned good people bad and lost any of the talent it had.
