Pros

I can honestly say that this is a great place to work. The team is knowledgeable, collaborative and so easy to work with, everyone is eager to help and deliver a great product. A lot of tech processes are well set up, which makes the day to day a lot smoother and more enjoyable than I've experienced elsewhere. The tech in general is quite interesting and being able to work remotely makes it so much easier to balance work and life.

Cons

The company is still in its early stages so things can feel a bit undefined at times, it's not necessarily a bad thing, but worth knowing going in if you prefer a more structured environment.

Pros

Firm has a great plan in place and are hiring strong people to meet objectives. Staff is friendly and welcoming and the Partners and Managers genuinely care about the people and all that each person brings to the table. It is refreshing to be a part of small company with genuinely good people.

Cons

I cannot honestly state any at this time as I am new and just beginning my journey at Prometheum.

Pros

Great team culture with supportive and knowledgeable colleagues. Good work-life balance and competitive compensation. The company is very open to new technologies and change, which is a big plus for me personally , you can confidently bring your own ideas and they will be heard and considered.
