      Supportive team, collaborative work culture, helpful senior mentors, opportunities to work on challenging and innovative projects, healthy work-life balance, and management that values employee feedback.

      Cons

      Some projects can have tight deadlines, which, while challenging, also help in building time-management skills. There’s room to expand exposure to different technologies, which could further enhance learning opportunities
