      Broken Promises of Growth and Advancement

      Pros

      The company has a great culture and values diversity, which creates a positive work environment. The willingness of the ACM and some of the CM team to help each other makes it one of the most valuable aspects of the workplace.

      Cons

      There's a lot of talk about growth and advancement opportunities during hiring interviews, but once you reach a certain level, you're left to navigate things on your own. If things don't go as planned, there's no support or guidance to help you improve or recover from setbacks. As a result, you're left to fail. I would not recommend the Irvine location, especially for the extra money.

      Pros

      Great culture, lots of internal training and they pay for industry education & credentials. They also reward hard work with professional growth opportunities.

      Cons

      If I had to pick one con it is that they give underperforming employees too many chances and it puts a burden on those who are performing.

      Pros

      Everyone wants to help each other succeed no matter their title. Even though it is a growing company, they have not lost touch with the importance of creating a positive culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes night meetings and after hours emergencies will pop up. This is standard in this industry. It is nice that PMP has an after-hours answering service that handles the majority of these calls.
