Pros

- employees were paid with starbucks gift cards to add positive reviews here - pizza party benefits - low transparency - property managers with a chip on their shoulder - are sometimes open to implementing change ( however, more likely to acknowledge and ignore )

Cons

- Nepotism - Equity is almost a tragedy, literally will only be worth something if the company has an exit ( no RSU, or anything ), literally a non-factor for incentive or total comp - Pay is low, and not competitive - do not expect Cost of Living Adjustments ( even if you had an "outsized impact" ) - no 401k match - limited amount of PTO and is "use it or lose it" - hybrid environment ( good luck if you work remotely ) - expect any pushback to be met with silence, especially if it isn't aligned with leadership - work on projects that get low traction, are not well thought out ( not what customers are looking for ) - HQ's size far outweighs the product team, and thus its basically a sales company

Pros

Lots of team building! Free energy drinks Decent trainings Convenient downtown location

Cons

It feels like the BDR/Solutions managers are playing battleship with blaming one another all the time. It all trickles down to the sales team and every week is more stressful than the last. The pay is significantly below the average and they will gaslight you that it's average. Every employee that has left, but stayed in SaaS has had a significant pay increase + remote environment. Grit will never overcome the severe pipeline issues and instead of overhiring they should invest in quality of leads and CRM health.

Pros

please don’t listen to the good reviews, they buy them. You sorta turn into an alcoholic here, and sometimes you go out. It’s a “great culture” set up and will convince you you’re “part of the team” until you actually say sh!t that makes sense they don’t like then they WILL make up a story about you to make everyone dislike you THEN they’ll fire you. Money isn’t worth the BS.

Cons

This is a company that is trying its very best to make a name for itself. Don’t get me wrong, they’ve come this far. Yet their tactics and strategy to “get big” isn’t serving them very well. For example, months ago they received a pretty hefty check and thought they were one of the big boys. They ended up hiring a ton a BDR’s and used it for glamorous ordering take out and their perception. After those months they finally realized that money doesn’t work like that and was stuck in a stupid place they could’ve avoided, but if you’re oblivious, it’s hard not to. So, they ended up firing most of the BDR’s they hired just after a couple months saying “we don’t need you anymore” some of which moved out to their location for the job. So, after ruining many people’s lives cause of their idiocy… they also left them with zero severance pay and told them it was cuz of their “ performance“ while they were still in training. If i was you, i wouldn’t work here, it’s a waste of your time and if you end up believing their sh!t for the sake of the job, that’s totally up to you. I thought being in a cult just wasn’t worth it. But you make that decision and what you can live with. Anyway i hope one of them sees this… if they do. You know what’s going on, yet you still choose to shut your mouth about it which makes you a coward and a fckin mouse. Respond to this with your bs, i dare you.
