Prospero Events Group Response

We want to begin by sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced. We understand the importance of timely compensation and acknowledge that this situation has been far from ideal for you. We want to assure you that we are actively addressing the challenges faced by our company, which were exacerbated by poor cost management, inefficient processes, and the unexpected impact of the pandemic and the European energy industry on which we focus due to geopolitical and macroeconomic situations since early 2022. We are still committed to turning things around and creating a more stable and thriving work environment for all our team members. Since your review, we have implemented significant changes within our organization. Here are some of the steps we have taken and continue to take: 1. Improved Cost Management: We have put more stringent financial controls in place and are closely monitoring expenses to ensure a more sustainable financial position for the company. 2. Streamlined Processes: Our management team is working diligently to identify and rectify any inefficiencies in our processes. This will enhance overall productivity and improve our ability to meet our financial commitments. 3. Pandemic Recovery Plan: We have developed a comprehensive strategy to recover from the impacts of the pandemic, including identifying new revenue streams and enhancing our digital presence. We want to ensure that each team member is treated fairly and respectfully. We value your feedback and assure you we are working towards a better future for everyone associated with Prospero Events Group. If you have any specific concerns or need further assistance with your case, we encourage you to contact us at careers@prosperoevents.com. We want to clarify the marketing and sales process to avoid misunderstanding in lead management. We are available to communicate any questions or issues you may have. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during this transitional period.

Pros

Please do join this company if you want: 1. Toxic work culture: Even concentrated H2SO4 looks like sweet lime soda in front of Mr. Rauf's toxicity. 2. Loose your mental peace: Be ready to attend daily huddle of 3 hours which will be just waste of your time and a total nonsense monolog. 3. Work with idiot boss: The so-called CEO thinks that he has all the knowledge in this world, but the funny reality is he doesn't even know the "B" of business. Just ask him if he is so good at managing business then why his company is not making money? 4. No Respect Policy: The company has a unspoken No Respect Policy as you won't be getting any respect here and will be treated as he is doing a favor on you by keeping you in this company but again the funny reality is you will be doing favor on him by working for his company that too without salary. 5. Fake Promises: Fake promises will be made to you right from the interview itself like your salary will be only 15 days late, we have transparency in work and the biggest lie is we are recovering from losses. 6. Salary Scenes: All the reviews saying they haven't got the salary are 100% true. You will hardly get your salary once in 3-4 months that too only one month salary. You have to literally beg them for your hard earned salary and they will scold you that you haven't brought any money, this is the first time I have seen such policy where you get this kind of salary cycle. Even if you decide to leave the company after few months you will be losing at least 2-3 months' salary which you will never get.

Cons

How can there be any cons for a company that doesn't even exist.

Pros

Flexible work timing of employees

Cons

You won't get paid for your work, only false promises, you might get paid once in three months if you beg for money from the management No learning opportunities CEO has no Idea of his own business Management is targeting people from southeast countries, they make you work like hell but when it is time to pay salaries they back off.
