- Newly introduced career development plan for system/network engineering - Super friendly management - Great support network for entry level professionals
I have been working for Protocol Networks for 6 years in a Sales Leadership role. A lot has happened in those 6 years as the company has grown and the sales team has helped to execute the mission of the owners. One of the key positive items during my tenure is the trust that was built/earned between management and the employees. Similar to a sales process – people buy from people they trust, the opportunity to contribute ideas, new processes and impactful actions opened up because there was mutual trust. The fact that the company chose to continue to support employees and customers during the Covid-19 pandemic is a prime example of why this is a great company to work for. We have all grown during this process.
Cons
Having worked for large companies and small companies I have found working for a smaller one at a management level gives me the opportunity to have more impact on the outcomes. It didn’t start out that way but because of the trust created/earned there aren’t negative issues.
I have worked for Protocol Networks for Over 2 years and have had a very positive experience working at Protocol Networks. I was hired to develop a product offering for the company. In the past, this is what I did for 2 previous companies. It was challenging at first but management realized the value that I bring to the company and let me take control of this process. They treat me like a valuable member of the team, a true team environment. Great Experience in developing new and enhancing existing skills. Lots of freedom to help the company grow.
Cons
There are none, small companies are usually slow in adopting new concepts and solutions but this is not the case at Protocol Networks - Great environment and an Excellent place to work
