The entire company works from their homes 80 percent of the time. They use video chat and skype for business to stay organized and work together, so its nice rolling out of bed and walking to my desk. Salary is above market and you are treated like adults. Last company I worked for treated high-level engineers like line workers in a Chinese sweat shop, at Proton, it's laid back and you are fairly on your own to handle your clients.

Proton Technologies is a company that is always moving forward. The leadership team is extremely transparent and keeps everyone involved and excited about the direction of the company. If you are looking for a career and not just another job, Proton Technologies is the right place. The Team is full of Great people with strong technical skills. Management genuinely cares about their team. Proton Technologies is still growing and expanding. The ability to work from home is also an awesome benefit along with having an awesome boss which occasionally does team lunches or other celebrations:). Most importantly, I feel like I have a purpose at this company and plenty of room to learn, grow and move up.
