      Great team but poor management and job security

      > Worked with an amazing team and collaborated with a few stars. > Decent pay > Off all holidays

      Cons

      > New CEO took over last year and hired a bunch of his friends into C-Suite roles and none of them know what they’re doing. > Anyone that raised concerns about the products got ignored and fired. Most of those that remain are there because they choose to suck up to management. > Financial plan to stay afloat = layoffs. > Every day at Provar is fear of being unemployed. > Regularly losing customers due to poor customer service.

      Pros

      Very specific people are amazing coworkers and talented contributors.

      Cons

      Teams that have no sense of accountability, Bosses talk a big game, but ultimately have no follow through. Departments are being led by people with tenure, not skill. This company behaves like a startup where maybe 10 people do it all and no one knows what anyone else actually does there.
