      Pros

      Very humble people but they are of no use.

      Cons

      So many. No Guarantee of work. No transparency in anything. No Vacation. Always late replies. This cannot be taken as full time oppurtunity as there's no guarantee that you will get the job here. I applied for more than30+ jobs in last 3 months but did not get one single response.

      Proxify work culture

      There is no pros when you are workimg for proxify.I would not suggest anyone to go for this company.Its a scam...Even if you get a job here, you are not paid which doesnot make any sense

      Cons

      We will not get paid unless we get a client. To get a client, we need to apply again withing the proxify network. we all shall compete to get this client. we will be assessed by technical teams and then meetings with client etc. It is time taking. proxify wont pay for the gap period. people are frustrated. most of them are idle since recruitment.

      It's somewhat a scam

      Their platform is intuitive and the tracking system is ok.

      This is not exactly an employer per say. It's a FREELANCE PLATFORM. Beware! At no point in the recruiting process have they told me this. You only find this information as a 'fine print' somewhere in the contract you sign with them, but this can be interpreted as being a b2b entity. It's been one month now and I have yet to be given any work because they don't have enough projects to go around and get this, they're hiring about 1-2 devs per day!
