Beware the story they sell you, toxic leadership

Some good people overall. Willingness to explore new initiatives and take chances.
Cons
Terrible senior management, completely lacking in empathy, transparency, a moral compass, or foresight. If you're from a company that had defined values, a strategic vision, or communicated and showed respect for it's employees, toss that hope aside as it doesn't exist here, nor is there an interest in creating any of these. There are good people here, but also snakes so you'll have to watch your back. Last year, a number of people were fired for what many of us determined were fabricated reasons, so your career is at the whim of someone's mood, not meritocracy. The owner visits the US monthly for a top-to-top meeting, but you never see him and he never addresses his people. He doesn't even meet in the office, but rather at the legal council's office because he hates the Proximo building/location! So you won't hear any motivating talks, vision for the company or its brands. Focus is heavier on short term tactical efforts, not smart development of brands and a solid company.
