Pros
Great cosy and fun atmosphere with colleagues. Inspiring and creative office set-up
Cons
There was a bad management, which got removed but then replaced with the existing runner up. Unfortunately lacking proper leadrship skills and personal agendas get in the way of a constructive feedback accepting culture. That prevents crearing a safe space as there is no HR per sè, thus limited talent growth support.
