Pros

My experience at Proxymity started on a really positive note. I worked with a fantastic team, and for a while, I genuinely felt part of something good.

Cons

Unfortunately, as time went on, I began to feel let down by the company’s approach to work-life balance and how it treated its people. There was a lot of talk about values, care, and being like a family — but in reality, it felt surface-level. When the business no longer wanted me, the environment shifted. I felt as though obstacles were being put in my way, making it harder and harder to stay, until it felt like I had no choice but to move on. It was disappointing, especially after such a positive start.

Pros

There aren’t many things to mention, but the job has its perks, such as the ability to work remotely, nice colleagues, and other benefits.

Cons

I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience with the management at Proxymity. I found that there were several areas where improvements could be made, particularly in terms of management skills and the recruitment process. There seemed to be instances where certain individuals in management were not suited for their roles, which impacted team dynamics and performance. I also observed that issues related to workplace culture, such as bullying and employee conflicts, were not always addressed with the seriousness they warranted. This created a challenging environment for many employees. Additionally, there were instances where employees were let go without notice or clear justification, which raised concerns about job security and fairness. The promotion process lacked transparency, as decisions appeared to be influenced by personal relationships rather than merit. Furthermore, there was often an expectation to work extended hours, sometimes until late at night, with limited opportunities for breaks, and overtime compensation was not consistently handled appropriately.
