Pros
1. Good learning opportunities for freshers if you have the will to learn. 2. Recognition from MD for each and every employee.
Cons
1. No timely salaries. 2. Mismanagement of funds, have to pay from own pocket for travels. 3. Expenses are paid very late. 4. Lot of politics in the organization. 5. Some people work very less and yet favoured by the company. 6. Experienced workers offer very little/no help to freshers.

No pros till now from my side.
Cons
Too much politics and no proper management. If u r on site, u r only a part of site no benefits from company side.
