      Salary bracket is as per market

      Cons

      - No Stability. In 30 members team, attrition rate is too high. - Bossism, 2-3 person controls the organization. - CTO does not know anything about technology. He is just act as a project coordinator. - Management is busy with micro management. - Working on old tech stack and no mentality to learn and adopt new technology

      Apart from timely salary no pros

      Cons

      Management is very stringent and lot of micromanagements. While interview you will feel like the company is very employee centric but once you are in, you will find totally different environment. The CEO and the management don't care about the employees and if you make any small mistakes generally employees asked to leave the organization. The supervisor level doesn't have any authority and have to ask the manager/director for all small approval. Another most important thing is favoritism. If you are in a good book in managements eye, you are fine or else they will make your life difficult.

      Pros

      Life at mypulse.io, Fast growing company with a chance to really build something. Most interesting and engaging job i have ever had, the benefits are incredible (fixed working hours, hybrid model etc...) great leadership and feedback driven culture with plenty of opportunities to advance. All the great benefits, perks really makes this a great company to work for...

      Cons

      Upwards momentum should not slow down.
