Rewarding, fun, teaches you about the real world in so many ways (real job, learn how to talk to cops, mayor, coaches, professors, co-workers, bosses). A place where some of the smartest kids at Purdue gravitate.

Cons

Demanding, thankless, low respect, high-profile in case of screw-up.
