Pros

Some great people (though sadly getting fewer), Monthly bonus scheme. Was a great culture with managers that cared, IIP Gold (but see cons)

Cons

The company culture has now descended to one of abusive blame and petty micromanagement. Since a few key individuals at the top came in, they have destroyed the culture. Staff are treated badly, pension is garbage base level, technology is rudderless (was a key differentiator but that has now gone with a useless CTO). One head is a bullying empire builder. CEO is great and cared about culture, but get the impression he just wants to retire now. IIP is a joke, they have the certificate but it's all a lie based on past work. Reward and recognition is all praise and feelies, never anything that costs any actual money.

Total mess

Pros

No pros What an absolute mess that place is. More so the sales department. You put in all the work and your colleagues that are seen as one team receive a bonus whilst the group I was in received absolutely nothing. Managers are way overpaid and regular staff are paid way below inflation levels. Think South Africa or Brazil. You have a few elites that are paid way above the national level and the rest of its hard working staff are forced in to poverty due to the low wages. Basically they pay to keep the top members and managers well fed.

Cons

Same as I said in the pros
