HIGH TURNOVER Long hours Low pay Paychecks only issued once a month Staff is not appreciated Disorganized Management doesn't listen to suggestions and advice They only promote higher ups or people that are thinking of quitting in order to get them to stay Be prepared to teach yourself your job because training is inadequate and/or the person who would train you quit and nobody else knows how to do the job Tons of late night or early morning calls because of international time zones C-level and VPs are rarely in the office. If the managers also don't come in, it feels like a ghost town. Long commute unless you live downtown

Management is completely incompetent, they re-organize every single year. Turnover is absolutely insane. Tons of VPs with very few direct reports. Get a bonus? Congratulations.... have fun waiting another 6+ months for it to be paid out.
