❌ Cons - Salary payments were frequently delayed - Final settlement remains unpaid even after more than one year - Lack of respect and consideration toward employees - Regular expectations to work on Saturdays, often communicated forcefully, along with reminders of potential pay cuts - Extremely long working hours, including day and night work - Poor work–life balance — personal life and sleep were often compromised Public Request: I respectfully request CoFounders Ben White and Edward Daniel to process my pending Full & Final settlement at the earliest, as I have not received any response via email for a prolonged period. Posting this here as a last attempt to seek resolution and to make others aware of my situation.

Oh, where do I start with this circus? Plans flip-flops every day and no one seems to know what's going on. The founders vanish when things get messy, leaving the rest of us to clean up their disasters. Salaries are late or only partially paid, and management acts like that's totally fine. People burn themselves out working crazy hours, losing weekends, and still get blamed when things go wrong. Leadership couldn't care less, and there's zero chance to actually grow or move up. It's stressful, chaotic, and honestly exhausting.
