      A good company to get your foot in the door and get some experience under your belt if that’s what you need . Good benefits .

      Small companies mean a lot of favoritism and micromanagement. It felt like a place for kids who follow orders

      good coworkers easy job to learn very flexible with time off good place to start and get some lab experience if you can keep your head down, work hard and ignore the politics there is no shortage of work/contracts

      micromanagment no room for growth no real HR- some upper management get away with a lot of verbal abuse
