Pros

Leadership. The Leaders are great role models. They are very competent in what they do and display high EQ in understanding the needs of the business. You will be both challenged and trusted. People and Culture. The people have clear goals and want to help you achieve yours too; it's a true start-up vibe, we are in it together. We have a lot of fun and get a lot done. Hybrid working. I've had a few conversations recently with friends who work for companies that claim to have a "true hybrid" work model. It seems that some companies ideas do not always match their employees. As someone with a young family and who has had plenty of unexpected work required in his home recently, I can say that Push really does have a "true hybrid" model. Not only that, but you will get asked by executives/management/peers to make sure you are switched off whilst on PTO. It does feel like they care and respect your well-being. Place to be. There is a real feel-good factor about the company. The people are great and everyone is pushing in the same direction. This is built on a strong company north star and shared confidence in the product, which has and will continue to evolve to meet industry and customer needs. I am excited to be a part of this journey and look forward to seeing it continue to grow. Long live the Pros!

Cons

I genuinely can't think of Cons at this time. As a start-up company, I guess some people may like working in bigger teams, but cross functional work is very common here so that hasn't been an issue for me.

Pros

I had the unique opportunity of starting as a freelancer with Push Security, tasked with launching the corporate communications program. My engagement was set for 6 months, but I knew by month 2 that if the opportunity presented itself to take a full time role, I would jump on it. Push team members are among some of the smartest I have ever met in my 20+ year career in cybersecurity. Everyone is dedicated, hard-working and just fun people to work alongside. The technology we are offering is truly unique and the marquee logos we have in our customer portfolio proves that organizations believe this too. This is a company with leadership that encourages everyone to work full throttle but also values and stresses the importance of work/life balance. Even though we are a fully remote company, every team member takes full advantage of collaboration through Slack and other online applications. We all know what we are working on at any given time. This keeps teams from feeling silo'd and keeps projects moving forward. We have only just begun and I am so excited to be a full member of the team and to my contributions to our success.

Cons

The only "con" I can think of is that there is not enough time in the day to accomplish all we are trying to accomplish!

Pros

Amazing culture and leadership, poised for fantastic growth!

Cons

None that I can think of. Seriously. It's a smaller company so you're expected to be driven and get your hands dirty.
