Pros

Great coworkers Cool concept with potential

Cons

No Direction Departments do not talk to each other No corporate support for the ground level operations The company used to have a great direction when I first started. You felt motivated, and that our leadership cared for us. Most of the leadership now has been taken away because they have a difference of opinion with the senior leadership of the company. Senior leadership of the company is completely disconnected from what is happening inside of the venues on a daily basis. They do not support us and help us do our jobs. You cannot turn to HR because they are unprofessional and share sensitive information with other people from different venues. Yes, we all talk and we find out that confidential information has been shared. The technology for the game is very challenging. There is no real support from corporate regarding the challenges that you struggle with regarding the game, and it frustrates the associates and the guest. COO is generally on a personal vendetta against people that speak up against him and will find ways to replace you as he did with our former leaders. He surrounds himself with only people that share his same opinion. It feels as if there is no more growth within the company. When I first came on board, there was so much potential and now it’s just a paycheck. Time and time again our voices are not heard and after we get frustrated by voicing our opinions, we either stop sharing them, or we get looked upon as troublemakers.
