      Great people to work with and great opportunity for people with a past to gain employment.

      Senior Management ignore how separated HR is from the plant employees. They allow HR management to sit back while the rest of the team work hard and communicate with employees. If you’re afraid of the people you hire, you don’t need to be in the position.
