Worst Management ,partiality. If you have any issue and you escalate it to the HR, you are going to have the worst time. They will intentionally cut down your working hours, by manually editing the attendance sheet and changing your work hours to 7 hr 55 mins, which means you will get paid only for half day bcz you are short by 5 mins for hours of login. Some people will enjoy the benefits , bcz they just try to butter the manager and the TL, take their smoking breaks together so even if they are absent for a day, they will be marked as present. They will remove the skillset of the person which means even if the person is not working or on a break he doesn't gets any calls and the calls will be diverted to the ones working dedicatedly. These kind of cheap practices has made the environment very toxic and unprofessional.. They do not want to let you even resign and will reject your resignation multiple times and will not give you even leave. Even if its your wedding , they will tell u to keep working.
